"My name is Rachid Hamuli, a civil engineer and Strategos master's student in Genoa, Italy. I created Dream 2 Next because I saw how many students lost opportunities simply because nobody explained the process, or they trusted the wrong people. I wanted to build a clean, honest, empowering path. A path where students move forward with strength, not confusion. A path where dreams don't die, they grow wings."
