This program is designed to support students who wish to study in Italy by helping them obtain all required documents, financial support, and guidance so they can begin their studies smoothly and without obstacles.
Required Documents
The students must prepare the following documents:
- 1.Passport – A valid passport with sufficient expiration time.
- 2.Passport Photo – Standard passport-size photo.
- 3.Degree Certificate / Diploma – University degree or high school certificate.
- 4.Transcripts / Bulletins – Academic transcripts or school grade reports.
- 5.English Certificate – Proof of English proficiency or a letter from your school/university confirming you studied in English.

Additional Verifications
- Notary Public (Ministry of Justice) – Legalization of documents.
- Apostille (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) – International authentication of documents.
- Declaration of Value (DoV) – Recognition of academic qualifications in Italy.
- Family Income Declaration – Proof that the family annual income does not exceed 20 million RWF (according to scholarship rules).
- Bank Statement – Proof of financial capacity: minimum €7,200 available.
Our Support Services
After submitting your documents, you will receive support in the following areas:
- Document Apostille processing guidance.
- Admission Letter – Connecting the student to a university and securing a Letter of Acceptance.
- Declaration of Value (DoV) processing guidance.
- ISEEUP Porficato Certificate – Required for scholarship or student financial aid in Italy.
- Family Income Declaration – Guidance and processing.
- Scholarship Application – Assistance to obtain a scholarship of up to €7,200 per year (covers accommodation and food support).
- Visa Application & Embassy Appointment arrangement.
- Flight & Hotel Booking support.
- Airport Pick-Up upon arrival in Italy.
Living & Expenses in Italy
Living Savings
Enough to cover at least 2 months of expenses before scholarship or bank account activation.
Accommodation
About €200 per month (shared student housing).
Food
About €50 per month (student meals).
Transport
Students are entitled to free public transportation in most Italian regions.
